They offer free 24/7 toll-free phone support and e-mail support, with very short wait times for each, generally under 20 minutes for e-mail support. Chat support wait times are very short, with phone support being just a couple minutes, as tested. Their tech support agents are also quick at getting issues resolved quickly and efficiently, with as little delay as possible.
